About Me
Welcome everyone and thank you for taking the time to get to know me. For those of you who don’t know, my name is Mary and I live in sunny South Florida, originally from North Carolina.
A major passion of mine is and has always been fitness. It has been a part of me throughout my entire life being that my father is a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength Coach, with ISSA among his certifications. Following in his footsteps I officially became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer in early 2018.
